That the Committee of Adjustment/Property Standards Committee, under Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, move into a closed meeting at 6:34 PM to address a matter pertaining to litigation or potential litigation, specifically: property standards.

Whereas the Committee of Adjustment/Property Standards Committee has reviewed the appeal dated June 2, 2023 from the owner of Unit 109, 41 Simcoe Avenue, in response to the Property Standards Order dated May 24, 2023. Now therefore be it resolved that the Property Standards Committee hereby confirms the work to be completed as outlined in the Order with the following conditions: 1. Extends the time period to complete the work to October 21, 2023. 2. The Owner is required to coordinate access to the property to complete the work through the Municipal Law Enforcement Officer. 3. If access is denied by the Tenant, the Order will be rescinded. Further be it resolved that the Committee hereby waives the $250.00 appeal fee for this application.
