Regular Meeting

That the minutes of the June 24, 2020 meeting be adopted as circulated.

That all items under the Consent Items section of the Agenda be received and filed for information purposes.

That Council approve the additional engineering work to an upset limit of $14,600, as proposed by Keystone Bridge Management Corp. for engineering for the rehabilitation of the Valade and Lefebvre Road Bridges.

That By-law No. 2020-055, being a by-law to authorize the sale of Part 1 on 52R-7179 to Wills Realco Inc, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 15th day of July, 2020.

That By-law No. 2020-056, being a by-law to exempt certain lands from part lot control, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 15th day of July, 2020.

That By-law No. 2020-057 being a by-law to dedicate land for highway purposes and remove a one-foot reserve for Block 91, 52M-29, geographic Township of Cornwall be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 15th day of July 2020.

That Council, as provided in Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 move into a closed meeting at 5:42 PM to address a matter pertaining to: the security of the property of the municipality or local board and/ or a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; Specifically: (Ingleside and Long Sault) personal matters about an identifiable individual and labour relations or employee negotiations; Specifically: Employees

That Council move out of this closed meeting at 6:18 PM.

That By-law No. 2020-058 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 15th day of July, 2020.

That Council adjourn this meeting at 6:18 PM and return to the call of the chair.
