Regular Meeting

That the minutes of the April 27, 2022 meeting be adopted as circulated.

That all items under the Consent Agenda be received and filed for information purposes.

That Council approve the 2022 Excluded Expenses Report, dated March 31, 2022 as required by Ontario Regulation 284/09.

That Council receive and adopt the following Human Resource Policies:  Public Holiday Policy  Volunteer Policy  Social Media Policy

That Council receive and adopt the Right to Disconnect Policy, dated May 11, 2022.

That By-law No. 2022-033, being a by-law authorizing a Mutual Assistance Agreement for the purpose of Emergency Planning, with the City of Cornwall and the six local municipalities of Stormont Dundas and Glengarry, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 11th day of May, 2022.

That By-law No. 3418, being a by-law to designate the old convent at St. Andrews West as a building of historical value and interest be repealed, and further, that Council instructs staff to issue an Expression of Interest inviting interested parties to make submissions to purchase, revive and sustainably operate a re-purposed Centre.

That By-law No. 2022-035, being a by-law appointing Dan Bissonnette as Municipal Law Enforcement Officer, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 11th day of May, 2022.

That By-law No. 2022-036, being a repeal By-law No. 2017-061 and to authorize a Sewage System Management Agreement with South Nation Conservation be read and passed, signed and sealed in open Council, this 11th day of May, 2022.

That By-law No. 2022-037 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 11th day of May, 2022.

That Council adjourn this meeting at 6:07 PM and return to the call of the chair.
