Whereas on May 28, 2025, Council deemed two sections of unopened road allowance, immediately west of 15872 Bunker Hill Road, as surplus; And Whereas is it now appropriate to finalize the process under the Township’s Policy to Permanently Close and Sell an Unopened Road Allowance; Now therefore be it resolved, that By-law No. 2025-062, being a by-law to authorize the closure and sale of part of a public Highway; and further, that By-law No. 2025-063, being a by-law to authorize the sale of land, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 8th day of October, 2025.
