That the attached presentation, dated January 14, 2026, be received for information; Further, that the Proposed 2026 Long Sault and Ingleside Regional Water Rate increase of 8.6% be APPROVED as per the 2025 South Stormont Water & Wastewater Rate Study; And further, that the Proposed 2026 Rosedale Terrace/St. Andrews/Eamers Corners Water Rate increase of 6.1% be APPROVED as per the 2025 South Stormont Water & Wastewater Rate Study; And further, that the Proposed 2026 Newington Water Rate increase of 0.4% be APPROVED as per the 2025 South Stormont Water & Wastewater Rate Study; And further, that the Proposed 2026 Long Sault and Ingleside Wastewater Rate increase of 6% be APPROVED as per the 2025 South Stormont Water & Wastewater Rate Study; And furthermore, that staff be DIRECTED to prepare the necessary Rate By-law for a regular meeting of Council in February 2026.
