Regular Meeting

That the minutes of the April 23, 2025 meeting be adopted as circulated.

That all items under the Consent Agenda be received and filed for information purposes.

That Council approves the 2025 Excluded Expenses Report, dated May 14, 2025, as required by Ontario Regulation 284/09.

That Council accepts the joint tender from Cornwall Gravel Ltd. for Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay at their unit rates, for a total of $734,837.50, excluding HST; and That Council authorizes the Director of Public Works to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.

That Council, as provided in Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, 2001 move into a closed meeting at 5:35 PM to address a matter pertaining to the security of the property of the municipality and a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality; specifically: municipal facility.

That Council rise from the closed meeting at 5:55 PM and report.

That the recommendations contained in the Confidential Report concerning the Municipal Facility be adopted.

That By-law No. 2025-027 to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed this 14th day of May, 2025.

That Council adjourn this meeting at 5:56 PM and return to the call of the chair.
