That Council receive and adopt the Township of South Stormont Long Term Financial Plan, as presented by Watson & Associates Economists Ltd., and dated July 23, 2024.

That Council approve the change to the CAO’s workplan for 2024 and authorizes the work to develop a Human Resources Plan for the Township be transferred from 2025 to the 2024 workplan; and further That a committee to review the objectives, goals and scope of work, and the project’s advancement be comprised of two members of council, (Mayor McGillis and Deputy Mayor Guindon), two directors and two members of staff, one of whom shall be from the non-union group and one from the union group.
