That Council adopts the 2024 draft budget, in principal, with the following revisions: Reduce sidewalk budget by $60,000; Eliminate reconstruction of McIntosh, Fraser and Haughton Streets - $105,000; Eliminate external lighting project - $33,173 for a total reduction to capital $198,173. Further be it resolved that Council approves an overall increase of 9.5%, being the combined tax rate and capital levy.
